IDA 2024 NOW OPEN -- Early Bird Deadline May 30, 2024
The project started as 3 identical residences planned for crowded family members to live together with a Traditional Turkish House plan. The house plans were prepared in such a way so that all rooms on the floors face the gallery in the center which has a glass dome over it. The glass dome over the circulation area allows the sunlight to shine on the entire vestibule. Traditional Turkish architectural motifs can be found on the ceilings and walls in all rooms and in the vestibule. Each house has an outdoor swimming pool and a hydro message pool in the garden.
