Located in the heart of the Shenzhen’s greater airport area, Courtyard Shenzhen Northwest is the first Courtyard by Marriott brand in the South of China under the franchise agreements with Marriott International Group. The hotel features 235 exquisite modern rooms, including 1600 square meter large grand ballroom and meeting room.
The designers were tasked to convert an existing plant to a totally new contemporary design Marriott-branded hotel.The biggest challenge is how to make the most efficient and economical floor plan configurations within the limitations of the existing architecture.
