This four-story villa is comprised with a 650 square meter living space and a 120 square meter garden area. The villa is surrounded by a large well-maintained community garden which created a delightful and vibrant living environment. The spatial design is influenced by the elegancy of the Mandarin Oriental Paris in order to suit a fashion designer who wanted to have a modern luxury but open-free home. Accordingly, the connection between property and its natural setting has become the priority design condition.
Movement and views in the space are emphasized by the upper bedrooms and living spaces offset from the garden. Areas are connected by glazed partitions in order to make those spaces feel more like one.
